This is Percival the Purple Peacock. I found him at the Walgreen’s today with Jos, while I was waiting to get my root canal pain meds rx re-filled. I was perhaps a little bit on pain meds when I found him. He didn’t have a price tag, but the dude behind the counter sold him to me for $2.99 (with a very big grin on his face). I’m not sure if Counter Dude was flirting with me, or if he was just really amused that a woman in her late 20s with no kids with her was buying a stuffed sparkly purple & blue peacock. But any way it goes, I am glad to be able to give Percival a home in my Stuffed Animal Misfit Menagerie (which is mostly full of weird glittery monsters, winged things, sea creatures, & insects). He’s a good bird.
