Really glad I took the time to make myself a home-cooked meal tonight, even in the midst of Epic End of the Semester Deadlines. Calabrese salami & montegrappa antipasto, kale sauteed with basil/garlic/olive oil/parmesan, & butternut squash-hazelnut-feta ravioli was SO MUCH better (and cheaper! and vegetable-ier!) than going out for a burrito like I’d been considering.
